The School was founded and established by Chief Pilot Robert Ian Dean, who leads the school with over 25 years of experience, and a professional team of dedicated flight instructors. The school Visa department, payroll, and complete office staff is directed by his wife Elisa Dean.

Our job as student recruiters for  Dean International Flight School is to find qualified future students who wish to become airplane pilots. We offer assistance and information regarding the school's features and benefits, and assist in the recruiting of new students who will be assets to the future of the aviation industry, and truly seek to begin their exciting pilot experience.

We carefully screen and select young men and women, who are genuinely interested in beginning a flying career at Dean International Flight School; students who will be dedicated and understand the value of this education. This is a USA FAA approved Flight School, with a proud tradition of academic excellence; many of their students go on to become tomorrow's future commercial airplane pilots.

This aviation training school has an emphasis on quality training, offering  complete course materials needed for the pilot career, a high level of commitment from the instructors, and extensive time building resources for flying, which can be easily achieved with with it's large fleet of over 50 airplanes.

The  school offers approved certification courses, beginning with the Private Pilot License, Instrument Rating License, Commercial Single and Multi Engine Licenses, and Flight Instructor Courses. The flight instructors' goal at Dean Int., is to take each student to the highest possible level of academic achievement by providing an appropriate curriculum in a safe, healthy environment.
